Here, a complete session for releasing your nail biting habit. Replace that old, unwanted behavior with your relaxing breath, making that normal, natural and automatic. Create the realization of how foreign it now feels to gnaw on parts of your fingers, discover the deep inner source of your positive change and anchor that change using NLP. Bring that change from deep within all the way up, out and through to the outer awareness and experience of your life, and experience the manifestation of that change and what more it can bring into your life. Then, bring the change back down within, to take change full circle, creating permanent change.
I truly hope you enjoy this session and it brings great benefits and effortless change into your life!
